Milk Processing Plant
Our Milk Plant has well equipped manufacturing facility with the installed capacity of one lakh liters per day and also we have a separate division for the production of Milk products.
The equipments and machineries used for production are world class by adopting Swedan and German technologies to process and pack our milk and milk products.
We have an engineering division for maintaining all equipments and machineries to support the end to end process.
The logistics we have in our factory ensures the supply chain in time and fulfill our commitments continuously.
The in-house laboratories, we have on our premises are well equipped for testing both chemical and microbiological parameters.
To manage the day-to-day business activities, we have a centralized system that streamlines whole processes which delivers results for continual improvement.
Milk Collection & Chilling
We have six milk collection and chilling centers in Tirunelveli and Tuticorin Districts which helps to get fresh milk from the vendors.
To maintain the freshness of milk, we have an instant chilling system and bulk milk coolers in our milk collection chilling centers. Also, we have separate chemical laboratories to carry out preliminary testing.
To strengthen our procurement belt, we developed CENTER SYSTEMS to procure safe and hygienic milk directly from the farmers. Transparent testing will be done and the testing reports and bills will be given to the farmers directly without any middlemen.
Sales Centers
We are mainly focusing on the convenience of each customer, by that we have sales centers in different localities in our districts. Also we have dedicated team to serve our customers in day and night with door delivery facility.
Logistics
The supply chain of our unit is strengthened by our own LOGISTICS. We have seventy vehicles running around the clock towards the door steps of every customer. To maintain the quality of our products, we have insulated and air conditioned vehicles. Also we have well experienced professional mechanics to maintain the vehicles in good condition.
